The art work “Books on the moon” was inspired by two consecutive events. The celebration of Juneteenth in 2020 during a period of political and racial unrest when I turned to reading o educate myself and the death of one of my favorite novelists, Carlos Ruiz Zafón. His stories are the reason I picked up the habit of reading as a teenager. Every book I read shapes me and makes me grow: Gràcies Carlos. During one of his passages from the novel "The Shadow of the Wind" he wrote: " Every book, every volume you see, they have a soul. The soul of who wrote it, and the soul of every person who read it and lived it and dreamed with it". What are you currently reading?
